Super Girl Scout Day
Get your badge on.
How cool is it to earn a Girl Scout badge while staring at a moose? With the park opening at 9:30 am and activities beginning at 11 am, Girl Scouts can explore habitats, discover animals like elk, beaver and bison, take a tram ride and do crafts and science, all while taking steps to earn badges.
Complete any badge component to earn a special Northwest Trek patch. This year's badges are all about art outdoors!
Daisy: Outdoor Art Maker
Brownie: Outdoor Art Creator
Junior: Outdoor Art Explorer (component 4 requires own camera)
Cadette: Outdoor Art Apprentice (must complete component 1 at home; component 4 requires own camera)
(NOTE: Troop leaders are responsible for purchasing badges through the Scout Council.)
Q: Can we use our Trek membership to buy tickets for this event?
A: All participating scouts must purchase a Scout Day ticket. You may buy one chaperone Scout Day ticket for each scout ticket, or members can use their membership for entry at the gate. Accompanying non-members can purchase regular admission online or at the gate.
Q: What time should we arrive?
A: Whenever you like! Many activities can be done as soon as the gates open. Timed activities will begin at 11am.
Q: Does each scout level need to stay together?
A: No, that's not necessary.
Q: Do scouts need to wear uniform?
