Admission tickets are valid for one visit, can be used up to one year from the date of purchase, and are non-refundable.
Available Discounts:
- U.S. Military discount is valid at admission window only with proof of U.S. military service (military or veteran ID card, discharge papers, DD 214, or any other proof of service). Not valid for online purchases. U.S. Military discount may not be combined with other discounts. Not valid for prior purchases.
- We offer discounted tickets and memberships for Washington individuals and families who qualify for income assistance programs or participate in foster/kinship care. Learn more about Wild Access.
- Groups of 15 or more? See group pricing to receive a quote.
- Field trips/school groups receive special rates. Learn more about field trips.

Special Notices
- Discovery Tram Tours on our electric trams are now open. Once general admission has been purchased, there is no additional fee to ride the tram. Trams are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots may be limited.
- We offer premier experiences like the Keeper Adventure Tours in our Jeep and Wild Drives in guest vehicles so our guests can choose the best experience for them to get out into our Free-Roaming Area.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Online tickets are encouraged but not required. Print or bring your phone to scan at our front gate.
- General admission tickets give access to explore around our animal habitats. Members do not need tickets.
- Parking is FREE.
- Your daytime general admission tickets can be applied to an annual membership. Just bring your tickets to our front gate on the same day of your visit. Premier Tours cannot be applied to the cost of a membership.

Gift cards are only available to purchase on site or by calling our office at 360-832-6117, option 0. Pick up a gift card in person, or we can mail one out to you when you call in to purchase gift cards.
