Stroll dog-friendly trails, treat your pup to special pup cups (available for purchase), and enjoy a fun-filled day designed just for dogs and their humans. Each guest age 18+ may bring one leashed dog with a pre-purchased Dog Day ticket—no dog tickets sold at the gate, so be sure to plan ahead!

All dogs must be registered in advance with either an online Dog Days ticket ($20 per dog) or a Dog Days Wild Drive purchase, which includes the Wild Drive experience with one dog. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all dogs must be well-behaved, up to date on vaccinations, and kept on a non-retractable leash no longer than six feet. Walk-up dog admissions will not be available.
Take your canine companion on a Wild Drive through 435 acres of breathtaking wilderness to see bison, moose, mountain goats, and more, all from the comfort of your own vehicle. While dogs aren’t allowed on trams, they’re welcome to join you on select Wild Drives for a one-of-a-kind adventure.
Your Dog Days Wild Drive includes the driving tour and wildlife park admission for up to eight people and one dog. Bringing more than one pup? Simply purchase additional $20 dog admission tickets for each extra dog joining your drive and wildlife park visit.

| What tickets do I purchase to bring my dog on a Wild Drive tour into the Free-Roaming Area? | Purchase a Dog Days Wild Drive ticket, which covers admission for up to eight humans and one dog in the vehicle. One dog per human adult, please. You do not need to purchase separate tickets for admission to the core walking area of the wildlife park if you purchase a Wild Drive. |
| How old must dog handlers be? | All dog handlers must be 18 years or older and able to control the dog at all times. |
| Are there leash, collar, health, or behavior requirements? | Yes. All dogs must: be on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6 feet, be well-behaved and non-aggressive, be current on vaccinations. Prong, choke, spike or heavy chain collars are NOT allowed. Collar must include an identification tag with owner's contact information. |
| Do I need to complete a waiver? | Yes. During online registration, all dog owners will be required to complete a waiver. By completing the waiver, you are confirming that the dog you bring meets all vaccination, health, and behavior requirements. Dogs must be friendly toward people and other dogs, remain under your control at all times, and not exhibit aggressive or disruptive behavior. |

| Where can I bring my dog inside Northwest Trek? | Dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly outdoor areas, including lawn spaces. Please note that trams and Keeper Adventure Tours are off-limits to dogs. Dogs may join you on select Wild Drives, but for safety, car windows must remain rolled up when dogs are inside. |
| Am I responsible for cleaning up after my dog? | Yes, all owners are required to pick up after their pets at all times. Poop bags will be available, but guests are encouraged to bring their own in case the dog uses the restroom and there are not poop bags nearby. |
| Are there water stations for dogs? | Absolutely. We’ll have multiple communal water bowls located throughout the wildlife park. |
| What happens if a dog shows aggressive behavior or causes a disturbance during Dog Days? | For the safety and comfort of all guests and animals, any dog displaying aggression, excessive barking, or causing distress to others may be asked to leave by Northwest Trek staff. |
| Are service animals allowed at Northwest Trek on non-Dog Days? | Yes. Northwest Trek Wildlife Park welcomes guests with disabilities who use service animals as determined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Washington Administrative Code. Guests using service animals are required to check-in at the admission window where you’ll be provided with information to plan your visit to our facilities. |
