Eagle Passage
A powerful story.

Eagle Passage, a world-class habitat showcasing several bald eagles, is scheduled to open in summer 2019 at Northwest Trek. It will tell the conservation story of this proud species from near extinction to robust wild populations – but we need your help to make it a reality. Join us in building a home for this American icon.

Animal Enrichment
Caring for mind and body.

Animal enrichment is a vital part of animal care: It creates a more stimulating environment while encouraging natural behaviors. Keepers at Northwest Trek offer activities that challenge our animals, with environmental stimulation and physical and mental exercise.

Enrichment is as essential to animal health and well-being as proper nutrition or medical care and helps to provide a better overall quality of life.

General Fund/Greatest Need
Help us help animals.

“Greatest Need” gifts allow the park to add new programs and exhibits, upgrade old ones, buy equipment and increase conservation and education efforts. Past gifts have purchased special play balls for the cats and puzzle toys for wetlands animals that stimulate natural behavior.

You can give by cash or check, non-cash or in-kind gifts. Unrestricted gifts are the most useful, allowing us to quickly allocated the donation to wherever it is most needed.
