Conservation Volunteers
Conservation volunteers are an important part of the Education Department and help to conduct various stewardship activities both on-site and off-site.Description:
Participate in various conservation activities and field trips to support Northwest Trek and partner conservation efforts.
Duties:
Conduct NatureMapping (data collection), habitat restoration, invasive species control and other conservation duties throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to walk over various types of terrain.
Commitment:
Conservation activities are conducted on a monthly basis; however, there is no commitment or minimum number of hours required.
