Whether you’re booking a park visit or have a larger event to plan, we’re here to lend a paw.

You can read below to find types of events we can help you plan. Or, if you’re looking to book a large group for a park visit and don’t need other accommodations, you can go directly to our booking form at the bottom of the page.

Available Venues

Forest Cafe

A cozy fireplace and rustic ambiance make this the perfect spot for an indoor ceremony and reception for up to 70 people. Starts at $250. After-hours only. In-house catered events only.

picnic pavilion
Picnic Pavilion

Situated in the heart of the park, the Pavilion provides shelter for your guests with beautifully varnished extra-large picnic tables and plenty of additional picnic seating in the adjoining meadow. This is an ideal location for picnics, reunions, award ceremonies or late evening receptions. Heat available for chilly nights or days. Starts at $350.

  • Adults (13+ years): $15
  • Seniors (65+) $11
  • Youth (5-12): $9
  • Tots (3-4) $6

Important information

One adult chaperone is required for every 7 youth (aged 17 and under).

Due to maintenance issues, tram reservations will not be available in 2024 for group reservations.

Fee Guidelines

To receive the discounted group rate, your group must consist of at least 15 paying individuals.

Final reservations must be confirmed, and full payment must be completed two weeks prior to your visit date.

Please note that all sales are final; there are no refunds for tickets.

for non-school groups

Group visits are for 15 people or more. After submitting your group visit request, you should receive a quote via email within 3 business days with further instructions and the deadline for making payment and finalizing your order.

    This person should be on-site at Northwest Trek during your visit. This is who we reach out to in case of an emergency, such as a child being separated from your group or of a last-minute closure of Northwest Trek.
