Animal ValentinesWhat is enrichment? Enrichment items are things like food, smells or toys that enhance the health and well-being of the animals in our care. Using these items in combination with knowledge of species’ natural history and behaviors, animal keepers can provide unique experiences that enhance our animal’s overall welfare.
Stretch your wings and meet our bald eagles up close Build a stick fort, crawl through rope nets or climb a massive "tree trunk" at Kids' Trek, our nature-inspired playground. (Note: our playground may be closed if it's icy.)
