When is Zip Wild open?

May 26 – June 17: 10am – 4pm Sat-Sun (open Memorial Day)
June 18 – Sept. 3: 10am – 5pm daily (open July 4)
Sept. 4 – Sept.30: 10am – 4pm Sat-Sun (open Labor Day)

 

What time should I arrive?

You must arrive at the Zip Wild training course 30 minutes before your adventure is scheduled to begin. If you arrive late, you MIGHT be re-booked on a later adventure that day, depending on availability.

 

What if it’s raining?

Deep Forest Challenge operates in all weather conditions. Operations will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions such as lightning storms, icing of pathways or high winds.

Operations will be postponed at our discretion. We will offer an alternative departure date and time in consultation and agreement with you.

 

What should I wear?

You are required to wear fully enclosed and comfortable sporting or hiking shoes. During wet weather you must wear warm clothing and wet weather protective outer wear. Long pants recommended; skirts and dresses are not allowed.

Loose objects, jewelry, wrist watches, hats, etc. cannot be worn or taken on the course. This includes: cameras, bags, video recorders, mobile phones or iPods. Bear in mind that even over the summer months it may be cool up in the tree canopy. Be prepared for the weather.

 

Can I get a refund or change my scheduled date?

Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your purchase is for a specific time and date. Changes to the date and/or time of your reservation will only be considered if received seven days before the confirmed tour date. Changes of date or time of your booked tour will only be made if there is availability.

 

What are the safety requirements?

Deep Forest Challenge participants agree to comply with all requirements of signage, safety requirements specifically for the Deep Forest Challenge activity and other directions as designated by the supplier. Any non-compliance of such directions, safety requirements and signage requirements or reckless or careless conduct by Deep Forest Challenge participants may lead to cancellation of participant’s inclusion in the Deep Forest Challenge activity.

On the day of your booked challenge you will be asked to sign a declaration and waiver and you will need to satisfy our terms of trade. It is important for you to consider any health or medical matters that may impact your ability to participate in the forest challenge course. Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be permitted to participate in the challenge course.

Sensation Course

This is a very physically challenging course that requires strong upper body strength and endurance.
Min. age: 18 years. Proof of age, such as a passport or birth certificate, may be requested
Min. height: 4’7″
Max. weight: 275 lbs

Adventure Course

Min. age: 10 years. Proof of age, such as a passport or birth certificate, may be requested for all children when checking in for the tour.
Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the length of the course.
Min. height: 4’7″
Max. weight: 275 lbs

Discovery Course

Min. age: 8 years. Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the length of the course.
Min. height: 4’0″
Max. weight: 275 lbs

Super Kid Course

Min. age: 5 years. Ground supervision by an adult is required for all participants under the age of 13, although the adult does not need to register for the course.
Min. height: 3’3″
Max. weight: 275 lbs

Aerial Runway

Min. age: 8 years. Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the length of the course.
Due to restriction on number of people per platform, we require 1 parent for a maximum of 2 children for each Zip experience.
Min. height: 4’0″
Max. weight: 275 lbs

Due to restriction on number of people per platform, we require a maximum of 2 children to 1 parent for each Zip Wild experience.
