How to Register
Choose from a 5k or 8k run or a 5k walk and explore Trek's unique race setting, Saturday, September 18. The race is $30.00 with pre-registration and $40.00 on the day of the race. Your registration fee helps support Northwest Trek programming and conservation efforts. Registration includes park admission and a race shirt. GO GREEN and register online.
Packet Pick Up
Beat the day of race crowd and pick up your race number, race shirt and enter a special prize drawing September 17th at Fleet Feet Bonney Lake from 12:00 to 8:00.
Race Information
- Arrive early on race day
- Parking is very limited, please make the day even more green and plan a ridesharing caravan with your friends
- Unique race with separate courses for runners and walkers
- Chip timing provided by Rogue Timing
- USA Track & Field 5k run certified course
- Free Kids Dash for children of registered race participants

8:30 am 5k walk begins on Trek's nature trails
8:35 am 5k and 8k run begins on runners course
10:00 am Kids' Dash (for children of registered race participants)
10:30 am Awards and Prize Drawings (must be present to win)
Join us for a great post-event party. Run Wild honorary chair and KING 5 Evening Magazine reporter Saint Bryan will host this year's post-event celebration. Many great prizes including two Alaska Airlines tickets to anywhere the airlines flies, Fleet Feet gift cards and much more.
Prohibitions
No strollers, in-line skates, bicycles or pets are permitted.
Important Reminders
The entrance road to Northwest Trek closes at 7:50 am. Late arrivals will not be admitted entrance into the park. Individuals arriving late will not be allowed to park at the closed gate, adjacent fire station, or on Highway 161, then run/walk in to the starting point. Please be sure to arrive well ahead of the gate closure at 7:50 so you can participate in the event.
